OUR VISION

Here at DON'T QUIT Personal Training & Zumba we get a thrill out of helping others achieve their fitness goals. We want to help all our clients in understanding why it's so important to live a healthy and active lifestyle, but do it with a fun approach. DON'T QUIT Personal Training & Zumba is suitable for all ages and fitness levels, because we understand life is not a one size fits all and everyone has different needs. So we are able to customize sessions to suit everyone and their individual needs. Medical condition? No worries we can work along side your doctor, our priority is your health.

 

A LITTLE ABOUT KRYSTIE

Krystie is a 22 year old with a massive passion for helping others to live a healthier lifestyle. She completed her certificate Three, Four and Master Trainer through the Austalian Institute of Fitness. Krystie has five quailfications in Zumba Fitness: Zumba Basics, Zumba Core and Zumba Glutes, Zumba Burst and Zumba in the Circuit as well as being a qualified Punchfit Trainer. She holds a senior first aid certificate. Krystie has also recently became a coach of Weight Watchers and is really enjoying this new addition to her career. Krystie has always led an active lifestyle with different sports dancing, hockey but her favourite has always been her horse riding and to this day still is.

 

Krystie has chosen a career in fitness to help others understand the importance of a healthy and active life, with many people in her life who have suffered from cancer she truly believes living a healthy life can help lessen your chances.
