DON'T QUIT Personal Training & Zumba provides one-on-one personal training sessions that suits everyone's individual needs. We design a program specially tailored for you and take into concideration your age, fitness levels, injuries or any restrictions you may have. This program is designed to suit you and your fitness goals.

DON'T QUIT Personal Training & Zumba also provides group training. Group training is a great way to get the benefits of personal training but in a fun, social and affordable way. Group training is available for up to three people which means you split the cost. We still take into concideration any restrictions or injuries any of you may have and work around them. This is an option for those of us who would rather not train alone.
